Bob Lewis, President and Founder of Sales Educator, LLC has been selling professionally, training sales people, and developing and implementing sales process for over twenty-five years. Working with companies ranging from small family businesses, to larger national companies with multi-state sales teams, Bob has successfully implemented his process and training techniques to achieve sales targets and increase revenues.
The core of our philosophy embraces the small group training environment. We believe that large, cookie-cutter styled sales training seminars don't provide the level of attention required to truly effect the changes needed to improve sales performance.
Small group sales training affords each participant the opportunity to comfortably ask questions, participate in productive skill development exercises and real-world scenario role playing sessions. Our students experience immediate feedback and are allowed to practice the skills being demonstrated to achieve a level of retention not possible in a large classroom setting. With reinforcement, feedback, and support, the techniques learned from Sales Educator's small group sales training create positive sales habits and real behavior change that will stay with a sales professional for years to come.
